Perseverance

Just nan leaflet JN014, Perseverance is designed for linen or other evenweave fabrics. This band sampler has the stitched message "The grass was green, the sun was hot. Sometimes I stitched and sometimes not. Roses bloomed and skies were blue, but perseverance brought me through." Beautiful flowers and other designs add to the beauty of this piece. Stitched with floss, Caron Collection Waterlilies, and Perle Cotton. Counted cross stitch is combined with specialty stitches. Diagrams are included for the specialty stitches, which include Triple Leviathan, eyelets, pattern darning, and more. Beads are used to embellish this design and must be purchased separately.
